I had bought story already on iOS but now I have an Android.
Can I still read my story without buying it again?
    We are afraid you cannot transfer previously purchased iOS app to Android device.
    You either play it on iOS or purchase the app on Android again.
What if I can't find the Read button after I purchase a story?
  • For iOS
    After your purchase, the Buy button will change to the Read button.
    If the Read button doesn't appear, your device might not have finished downloading the story yet.
    Please try the following instructions.
     -Check your signal strength and tap the Buy button again.
     -Tap on the Settings icon on My Page, then go to Settings->Restore.
  • For Android
    After your purchase, the Buy button will change to the Read button.
    If the Read button doesn't appear, your device might not have finished downloading the story yet.
    Try retapping the Buy button.
    You won't be charged twice for the same purchase as long as you use the same Google account as before.
Can I read multiple stories at once?
Yes, you can read multiple stories using the Bookmark function in My Page.
There are 3 bookmark slots to save your progress data, and you can choose one of them to start a story from.
Once I buy a story, how many times can I read the story?
You can read it as many times as you'd like. Tap on the Read button after your purchase.
【Scarlet Fate】Why is the background music is not playing?
There is no background music (BGM) in the Main Story of this game. However,
customers who purchased Song of Spring in the previous version may play Song of Spring
to the accompaniment of BGM in the current version. Furthermore, any scenarios
that carry into Scarlet Fate, including but not limited to Song of Spring,
may also be played in Scarlet Fate II to the accompaniment of BGM.
How do I turn On and Off vibration?
The vibration will always be on. Enjoy the vibe!
How can I transfer my data to a new device?
  • For iOS
    You can restore your old data to a new phone.
    After you donwnload the app, tap on the Settings icon on My Page, then go to Settings->Restore.
    You can restore your old data on your new device.
    You can only transfer in-app purchases including stories, earned Photos and messages.
    Please note that your game progress and bookmark data will NOT be restored.
  • For Android
    You can restore your old data to a new phone.
    After you download the app, tap on the Buy button in the story which you want to restore.
    You won't be charged twice for the same purchase as long as you use the same Google account as before.
    You can only transfer in-app purchases including stories, earned Photos and messages.
    Please note that your game progress and bookmark data will NOT be restored.
The Photos I received have disappeared, why?
After reinstalling the app, please follow these steps:
 -Tap on the Collections button on My Page, then go to TAP TO OPEN.
Is there a way to hide the text while playing?
Please tap and hold your finger on the text until it is no longer displayed.
